Barrett Rd Building #1 is the first building of a 3 building complex. Building #1 is 8,500 sq. ft. and will be followed by a 20,400 sq. ft. Building #2 in Winter 2021.
#1 is complete and ready for lease as a commercial shell with 1 complete ADA restroom, fully sprinkled and heated, 600 AMP- 3 Phase power with 480 volt, if needed.
