In 2010, Credo Construction completed a building envelope restoration of all 32 residential buildings and 1 club house building of the Cordata Park Place Condominiums for approximately 62 different owners. Work consisted of complete residing of all buildings, repairs to damaged areas, new building wrap and flashing system, new deck materials and railings.
