What appeared to be a small job with some rotten trims turned out to be structural repairs to floor, walls and posts. Water intrusions was found under several windows and that led to damaged sheeting and rim joist. All patio posts had been set directly on concrete with no stand off and years of wicking showed it toll. All posts were replaced and framing repairs made. Siding and trims replaced as needed.
