In a 10 month process, in 2014/2015, Credo Construction completed restoration of 12 building for a total of 84 units. Scope consisted of demolition and repair of water damage and rotten materials, structural repairs, new vinyl decks and rails, new WRB,  new Hardi siding and trims throughout. 12 carports were re-roofed also.
