Johnstone Supply is a recent tenant improvement. They are a wholesale mechanical supply house for heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors. The space is a 20,000 sq. ft pre-engineered steel building, with 16,000 sq. ft as warehouse and 4,000 sq. ft. of it as show room, sales and training. Showroom and training facility include polished concrete floors, full service lunchroom, Big Ass Fan, and training facility with classroom like seating for contractors.
